African Monitor launches the 1st publication of its E-Newsletter

October 2007 marked the launch of African Monitors newsletter. This is the first of many to be released four times a year, which will be available to our partners and supporters of the development agenda in  both print and electronic format free of charge. African Monitor’s objective in authoring this newsletter  is to provide readers with a balanced view of progress being made to achieve development commitments in Africa and fast-track development. It will also be a vehicle for AM partners to be kept abreast with developments within the AM, as well as developmental issues on the continent generally.   Partner organizations at the grassroots will also have the opportunity to use the publication as a platform to publish their stories, information they may have on upcoming events, publications and research, so that lessons can be replicated throughout the continent.
